CMB company (which stands for the French for "building coordination and surveying), a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 80,000 euros , whose head office is located in Le Mans, was founded in 1983 by Philippe Morançais.

The chairman, Philippe MORANÇAIS, is a member of the UNTEC (National Union of the Economists of the Construction) and qualified by the French bureau for construction economists and property developers, OPQTECC, for project management  engineering economics and planning and coordination. He also has the compulsory legal training allowing him to offer legal advice,  as does Romuald Cella, executive in the company for 18 years (Article 54 of Bill N ° 71.1130 of December 31st, 1971).

CMB 44, SARL with a capital of 12,000 euros, was founded in September 2002. Jannick GAUTHIER's firm, based in Pornichet was taken over.Philippe MORANCAIS is the manager and the majority shareholder is SAS CMB (Le Mans).

MOREL-CMB (35), limited company with a capital of 20,000 euros, was founded on February 1st, 2007 after the purchase of SARL MOREL, established in 1967. Philippe MORANÇAIS is the manager and SAS CMB (Le Mans) the main shareholder.

CMB is an integral part of the building process. We pride ourselves on our trusting relationships with our clients and we take their interests to heart. We are meticulous in our project management and strive to meet constraints and obtain long-term results.

Upstream: to assess your needs, establish a program (AMO),choose materials to be used and  precisely calculate their use.

Downstream: to optimize the finances of the construction site and to manage its schedule.
