CMB is assisting the contracting authority for Beijing Capital Land, in Châteauroux, on the Ozans Urban Development Zone,  Ozans Castle, the North and South Martinerie.The first phase will be the construction of offices on the Ozans Urban Development Zone.

CMB won the competition to build the Congress Centre in  Jonzac in collaboration with the architecture agency TETRARC of Nantes. It will include an auditorium, a theatre and conference rooms.

CMB is currently working on the Espace Culturel des Jacobins in Le Mans. The building, the work of Heulin construction company, will soon be ready... It will include a 800-seat theatre, 11 cinemas, a showroom, a multi-purpose room, a literary  café and a terrace.

CMB won the competition for the construction of a multimedia library in Salon de Provence with the agency TETRARC of NANTES, with a budget of €10,000,000.

CMB has just been selected as Contracting Authority Assistant by the French Federation of Shooting in Châteauroux for the design and construction of an international shooting gallery.

CMB has just delivered the EOLIENNEcultural centre in Arnage, which was officially opened on 14 September.
